The cost of deliveries is calculated according to the destination and the weight of the package. The postage charge applies to all orders to mainland France for an amount of €200 excluding taxes.
Deliveries to mainland France where the total weight does not exceed 30kg are made by GLS from Monday to Friday. For shipments on Thursdays or Fridays whose reception is desired on Saturday, deliveries are provided by TNT with an additional cost which will be communicated to you, even for postage-paid orders.
Other deliveries to mainland France are provided by TNT.
Deliveries to DOM-TOM will be made by Colissimo followed by La Poste.
International deliveries will be made either by La Poste Colissimo, or by GLS.
Delivery is made to the address specified by you when placing your order. For any payment, the order will only be processed upon receipt and collection thereof and the deadlines will run accordingly.
The preparation and shipping time is 24 to 48 hours during working days (Monday to Friday). It takes into account the verification of your order, the preparation of your order, as well as the handling of the package by the postal service. An additional time may be added depending on the availability of the items ordered, in which case you will be notified by telephone.
An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday can only be processed the next working day. If the parcel is not received within the time limits indicated by the postal service, we invite you to inform us.
Article 5: Payment and Transaction Security
Payment of the full price must be made by the Customer when ordering. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment. To pay for their order, the Customer chooses their method of payment when confirming the order, either secure online payment or wire transfer.
You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks outside of France must be international bank cards. In order to ensure the security of payments, the Site does not store your payment information. In any case, NIV reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of an order, a refused payment by credit card or for any other reason and NIV will reserves the right to explain to the customer. Under no circumstances can NIV be held liable for this.
All payment by bank transfer must be made upon receipt of the order confirmation email. The delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of a late payment for a previous order.
Article 6: Returns and Exchanges
Any item received as defective or presenting an anomaly may be returned to NIV after informing the latter. Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of the order.
Upon receipt, defective items will be exchanged according to the availability of our stock. Otherwise, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you as well as the return costs on proof.
In the case of abnormal or abusive returns, NIV reserves the right to refuse a refund and may refuse to serve a following order.
Article 7: Retention of Title
The delivered goods will remain our property until they are dispatched upon delivery to the postal service, once you have paid the total price.
Article 8: Guarantees and Liability
NIV holds the intellectual property rights on the site and in particular for the photographs for which it has obtained the necessary authorizations from the persons concerned. In accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, the partial or total reproduction of the elements composing the site and their use are strictly prohibited.
NIV undertakes the responsibility to not disclose to third parties the information and confidential data communicated by Customers on the site. The information requested will only be used for order processing and to personalize communication by newsletters. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning you.
All items are subject to a contractual guarantee, which does not preclude the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The Customer also benefits from a guarantee enabling them to return defective items delivered in accordance with Articles L 211-4 and following the Consumer Code. The Customer is therefore invited to refer to their texts if they wish to have more details on these legal guarantees. Our responsibility will not be engaged in the event of non-substantial differences between the photos presenting the articles on our site, texts and illustrations and the articles ordered.
